Peanut & Linseed Balls


  • 90g Oats
  • Filling
  • 90g milled linseed
  • 15g milled chia seeds
  • 2 dessertspoons honey
  • 400g crunchy peanut butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract


  • 200g whole almonds
  • 200g sunflower seeds


Blitz the coating ingredients together in a food processor and set to the side.

Then, put all ingredients into the food processor and blitz until completely mixed. Roll the mix into balls with teh palms of your hands, toss each one in the coating and it is really just as easy as that.
