Emily Hope's Favourite Breakfast
Choc Nut Smoothie
- ½ cup milk of choice (or use ½ cup water + 1 large dollop coconut cream or Greek yoghurt)
- 1 Tbspn peanut butter (I use Pic’s – the best peanut butter EVER!)
- 1 Tbspn raw cacao powder
- 1 sliced frozen banana
- Dash cinnamon – optional
Simple, you literally just blitz and serve!
NB: You can also add a serve of ground vegetable powder or green powder if you have it available to increase the nutrient content of the smoothie.
