Emily Hope's Favourite Breakfast


Choc Nut Smoothie 

Serves 1 


  • ½ cup milk of choice (or use ½ cup water + 1 large dollop coconut cream or Greek yoghurt)
  • 1 Tbspn peanut butter (I use Pic’s – the best peanut butter EVER!)
  • 1 Tbspn raw cacao powder
  • 1 sliced frozen banana
  • Dash cinnamon – optional 
  • Instructions 

Simple, you literally just blitz and serve! 

NB: You can also add a serve of ground vegetable powder or green powder if you have it available to increase the nutrient content of the smoothie.
